Repair my Marieholm26 rudder

I start to repair my M26 rudder here some shot and videos,

Nice videos of your rudder repair!

It's always good to see how it is done in practise. Your failure is also a nice example of the problems that can occur.

Please show the next steps also!

Works still going on in my rudder!

It seems from the video clips that your rudder is made from divinycell, the blade strenghtened by a thin metal plate in the centre of the profile. There are other designs as far as I know. For example, it could be a sandwich construction with core from divinycell or other filling and a covering glass fibre laminate on top.
